  • Had three or more hits in each game, including a 4-for-4 effort in the Patriots' Game 2 victory

Ian Swanson

  • 1-0, 0.00 ERA in one appearance during the Panama City Regional
  • Tossed a five-inning complete game in the Commodores' 15-0, Game 2 victory
  • Allowed only two hits and one walk while striking out seven

DI Softball Player of the Week

Aracelis Jimenez

Aracelis Jimenez, Eastern Florida State

  • Batted .500 (6-for-12) with five runs scored, two home runs, six RBI and two stolen bases in four games
  • Helped the Bucs to a 4-0 week
  • Was 4-for-5 with two RBI, falling a triple shy of hitting for the cycle, in game two of a doubleheader vs. Miami Dade
  • Homered and drove in three runs in game one of a doubleheader vs. Central Florida

DI Softball Pitcher of the Week

Belle Mancillas

  • 1-1, 0.81 ERA in two appearances
  • Tossed complete games against Seminole State and Polk State
  • After coming up on the short end of a 2-1 pitchers' duel vs. Seminole State, she twirled a no-hitter in the Saints' 8-0 victory over Polk State
  • In 12 total innings in the circle, she allowed four hits, two runs and five walks with 14 strikeouts

Vance Celiberti

  • Batted .600 (6-for-10) with two runs scored, one double, two home runs and eight RBI in three games
  • Was named Most Outstanding Player at the FCSAA DII Baseball Championship
  • Had two hits in each of the Bobcats' three games

Hector Escobar

  • 1-0, 1.00 ERA in one appearance
  • Tossed a complete game that spanned two days against Lake-Sumter State to send the Bobcats the FCSAA DII Baseball Championship
  • Was named the Tournament's Most Outstanding Pitcher
  • Allowed five hits, walked none and struck out seven

DII Softball Player of the Week

Jenelle Cruz

Jenelle Cruz, St. Johns River State

Pembroke Pines, Fla.

  • Batted .600 (6-for-10) with four runs scored, one double, three RBI and two stolen bases in three games
  • Hit safely in each game, helping the Vikings win the FCSAA DII Softball Championship
  • Was a perfect 2-for-2, scored twice and drove in a run in the Vikings' first encounter of the tournament against State College of Florida

Emma Shipley

Emma Shipley, St. Johns River State

  • 2-0, 3.07 ERA in three appearances
  • Named Most Outstanding Pitcher of the FCSAA DII Softball Championship
  • Went the distance in wins over South Florida State and State College of Florida, the latter coming in the championship game

  • Finished second at the NJCAA DII South District Championship with a score of +7
  • Became the first Lakehawk in school history to qualify for the NJCAA Championship

Jamie Smith, Eastern Florida State (R)
Fr. | Sydney, Australia

  • Captured individual medalist honors at the NJCAA DI Southeast District Championship with a score of -2, the only golfer to shoot under par in the event 
  • Is the #5-ranked NJCAA DI player

Women's Golfers of the Month

Karlee Gainey Alana Kutt

Karlee Gainey, Florida Gateway (L)
So. | Lake City, Fla. 

  • Captured individual medalist honors at the NJCAA DII South District Championship with a score of +4, including a one-under par in the second only, the only sub-par round in the event
  • Also helped the Timberwolves to the team title
  • Is the #1-ranked NJCAA DII player

  • Captured individual medalist honors at the NJCAA DI Southeast District Championship with a score of even par
  • Is the #2-ranked NJCAA DI player
