Florida College System Activities Association

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida College System Activities Association announced its Division I All-FCSAA men's soccer team on Wednesday.

Headlining the 11-member team are FCSAA Division I Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Year Marin Selak and Player of the Year Josue Youta, both of Daytona State College.

Behind the efforts of both Selak, a sophomore defender from Hannover, Germany, and Youta, a sophomore forward from Montreal, QBC, Canada, Daytona State earned the No. 1 seed in the FCSAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship and will carry a No. 3 national ranking into the postseason.

Selak, who has played in 13 matches, anchors a Daytona State defense that has allowed only 14 total goals over 14 contests this fall. For good measure, he has been credited with two assists. Selak was named FCSAA Men's Soccer Player of the Week on September 23.

Meanwhile, Youta leads the FCSAA in goals (11), shots (45), and points (27) and ranks fifth in assists (5). He has been credited with one game-winning goal this season.

Youta has been named FCSAA Men's Soccer Player of the Week twice and, each time, went on to be named NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Player of the Week.

Both Selak and Youta were named All-FCSAA in 2024.
