Division II All-FCSAA Men's Basketball Team Announced

The Division 2 All-FCSAA Men's Basketball Team has been announced

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida College System Activities Association announced its 2026 Division II All-FCSAA Men's Basketball Team on Thursday.

The eight-member team was voted on by the FCSAA's Division II men's basketball committee. 

Headlining the team is FCSAA Division II Player of the Year Marvin Golf of Palm Beach State College.

Golf, a sophomore guard from Lake Worth, Fla., has led the Panthers to a 29-1 record and the NJCAA's No. 1 ranking since December 15. Palm Beach State will enter the postseason on a 17-game winning streak, needing only two wins to claim its first FCSAA Championship in 48 years. 

Golf, with 15 double-doubles, is the only player in the FCSAA who is averaging a double-double - he is fourth in scoring at 13.4 points per game and is the FCSAA's leading rebounder at 10.9 rebounds per game. He is also third in assists (2.8 apg) and tied for fifth in steals (1.5 spg). 

Shooting-wise, he is fourth in field goal percentage (.516) and leads the FCSAA with an .822 free throw percentage. 

On Tuesday, he received FCSAA Division II Men's Basketball Player of the Week honors for the eighth time this season.

The All-FCSAA team will be recognized on Friday at the FCSAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship in Jacksonville, Fla.

Has played in 28 games...ranks second in the FCSAA in scoring (15.0 ppg) and third in rebounds (6.9 rpg)...also averaging 1.6 assists...shooting 44.4 percent from the field and 78.0 percent from the free throw line...shares the FCSAA lead in steals per game (1.9) and is second in total steals (52)...four-time FCSAA DII Men's Basketball Player of the Week recipient. 

Carter Mungin, Palm Beach State
Sophomore | Forward | Pittsfield, Mass.

Has played in 30 games...averaging 11.0 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists...leads the FCSAA with a .667 field goal percentage...also named All-FCSAA in 2025.

Jovan Palavra, Palm Beach State
Sophomore | Guard | Sarasota, Fla.

Has played in 30 games...averaging 9.4 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists...shooting 36.2 percent from the field, 34.5 percent from three and 71.1 percent from the free throw line...leads the FCSAA with 57 steals (1.9 spg)...named the FCSAA DII Men's Basketball Player of the Week on December 2...also named All-FCSAA in 2025. 

Amaree Pickens, Florida State College at Jacksonville

Has played in 28 games...averaging 10.8 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists...shooting 40.9 percent from the field and 74.1 percent from the free throw line.

Malcolm Warthen, Pasco-Hernando State
Sophomore | Guard | Jacksonville, Fla.

Has played in 28 games...averaging an FCSAA-best 15.5 points and 4.2 assists per game...also averaging 2.0 rebounds...shooting 44.2 percent from the field...had made an FCSAA-high 146 free throws and is second with an .816 free throw percentage...was named the FCSAA DII Men's Basketball Player of the Week on February 17.
