TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida College System Activities Association has announced its Weekly Awards in Basketball and Golf.
FCSAA Weekly Awards (for all events November 3-9)
Congratulations to the following student-athletes who excelled in competition during the previous week:
- FCSAA DI Men's Basketball Player of the Week: Sean Register, Eastern Florida State
- FCSAA DII Men's Basketball Player of the Week: Marvin Golf, Palm Beach State
- FCSAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week: Tamya Hutchinson, Pensacola State
- FCSAA Men's Golfer of the Month: Tripp Watkins, Lake-Sumter State
- FCSAA Women's Golfer of the Month: Karlee Gainey, Florida Gateway

Fall Sports Roundup
- The FCSAA's Fall Championships concluded with Miami Dade and St. Johns River State winning the DI and DII Volleyball Championships, respectively. District Championships in men's and women's soccer and volleyball also wrapped up with a quartet of FCSAA teams advancing to national tournament play.
- The NJCAA Cross Country Season concludes today with the NJCAA Half Marathon Championship in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

- Swimming & Diving
- Indian River State defeated defending NAIA Champion Keiser University and Ave Maria University in a double dual meet on November 5. The River men knocked off Keiser 121-116 and Ave Maria 183-47 while the women defeated Keiser 136-105 and Ave Maria 190-44.
